SANY America, a leading heavy equipment manufacturer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ravi Chadha as Vice President of Aftermarket. Mr. Chadha brings over 30 years of extensive experience in strategy, marketing, operations and business transformation within the off-road and on-road equipment industries. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held pivotal roles in product strategy and development, aftermarket parts and services, dealer and customer relationship management, and marketing leadership. His tenure includes leadership positions at Caterpillar, John Deere and Ford Motor Company, as well as seven years in consulting, where he guided global industrial clients through business process transformations, strategy development and digitally-enabled solutions planning.
Ravi’s background positions him as a well-rounded leader in operations management, new technology strategies, go-to-market planning and business transformation. He holds an MBA in corporate strategy and marketing from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. Additionally, Ravi is certified in sustainability leadership by the University of Cambridge and organizational change management by the Prosci Institute.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ravi has been a part-time college instructor for over 20 years, teaching courses in business management, cost management, global marketing and business planning. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, hiking, cooking, reading, traveling, snorkeling and scuba diving.
