SANY dealers weren’t the only ones who made the trip to China for the 2019 SANY Global Dealer Summit. Several SANY managers also visited our global headquarters in Changsha, with many of them making the trip to see SANY’s global headquarters for the first time. We asked a few team members to share their opinions and takeaways from the trip and to share what they found and learned during the visit.
Invested in the Future
Sean Zernickow is District Sales Manager – West Coast for SANY, with more than 16 years of experience in the industry. He attended this year’s Global Dealer Summit in China – his first trip to see the home of SANY – and returned with new respect for operations at the global headquarters.
“The investment into the globalization market is massive and very well supported,” said Zernickow. “It’s a top-notch organization with the highest quality in mind – not only in manufacturing, but people development.”
Zernickow returned from the trip with a greater than ever confidence in SANY’s drive to invest the time, energy and finances to continue becoming more and more of a global leader in the industry. He said that it’s refreshing to know that he has support in the field not only from the SANY America team, but the global team, all of whom are committed to building SANY’s success. It’s a commitment at all levels working to show how SANY is More than Machines.

Impressive and More than Expected
Blake Luther, Regional Business Manager – South Central Region, also made his first trip to China as part of the SANY Global Dealer Summit and said that he found far more than he had expected during the visit. Luther noted he was incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of the manufacturing floor, which not only was well designed, but also has water features and palm trees that help break up the monotony of the typical production line.
“SANY is more than just a company that makes equipment,” said Luther. “SANY employs thousands of hard-working and passionate people all over the globe and each of them has a deep desire to serve others.”
He added that after returning home, the trip reinforced his commitment to the dealer partners and SANY. Originally Luther credited choosing SANY as an opportunity to better provide for his family, and found that SANY is itself a family – a group of dedicated individuals all working hard to care for their families, friends and colleagues, and to provide equipment and services that beats expectations.
“Put SANY to the test,” added Luther. “And if you don’t believe it, I’m willing to bet a 16-hour plane ride to the other side of the world that we can change your mind and perception.”
