Truck-mounted Concrete Pumps
Since 2001 Sany has grown to become the world’s largest manufacturer of Concrete Pumps. Offering six (6) models in the US market from 37m to 56m, all mounted on Mack chassis with R, Z and RZ boom configurations. All Sany’s booms utilize a most advanced electro-hydraulic coupling system and feature intelligent shock absorption ability that results in minimal boom end vibrations. Sany’s pumps provide high efficiency and feature specially designed wear components for long service life. Our auto-retraction feature enables fast and convenient piston replacement in as little as 20 minutes.

Trailer-mounted Concrete Pumps
Sany offers four models of trailer-mounted concrete pumps in the US market, with all units being manufactured in our ISO9001-2000 certified facilities and meeting the strict requirements of CE certification. Our trailer mounted pumps utilize an intelligent electronic control system and super-high pressure pumping technology. Sany trailer mounted pumps hold the Guinness world record for unassisted pumping height. Our trailer mounted pumps provide high efficiency and feature specially designed wear components for long service life.

Medium-Scale Excavators
Cummins engines optimize performance with low noise and meets EPA Tier III emissions regulations. Positive flow hydraulic control system provides intelligent control, comfortable operation and high working efficiency. Advanced intelligent control system provides high reliability and low fuel consumption by total control of the engine, hydraulic and electronic systems. The car body has an X-shaped box section designed to resist bending and twisting forces. Large box-typed boom and arm are compact, firm and durable with multi-plate fabrication in high stress areas. Fast, easy service has been designed with convenient filter access and user-friendly electronic diagnostics fir increased productivity and reduced maintenance costs.

Hydraulic Crawler Cranes
Sany makes the strongest crawler cranes in their class. Featuring Cummins engines and Rexroth or Kawasaki hydraulic components, our cranes offer great performance and high reliability. All Sany cranes come equipped standard with many safety devices including anti-two block switch, load moment limiter and two cameras to monitor the winches and rear of the crane.

Rotary Drill Rigs
Sany America offers seven different drill rig models in the US market. These machines range from 110,633 ft-lbs (150 kN.m) max output of torque with the SR130 to 265,519 ft-lbs (360 kN.m) max output of torque with the SR360 drill rig. Sany America offers customers a choice of excavator base units manufactured by either Caterpillar® or Sany. The undercarriage is driven directly by a planetary gear system and two hydraulic motors. The power module consists of a Cummins/Cat/Isuzu turbocharged diesel engine directly coupled on one end and a hydraulic pump drive on the other end. This complete power module assembly is mounted on its own sub base, which in turn, is mounted to the rig frame. The engine drive train configuration maximizes mechanical efficiency. A heavy duty engine silencer/muffler is provided to reduce engine noise emission. Engine air cleaners have quick release dust drop covers, as standard, for easy maintenance. All drilling and propel functions are hydraulically powered. The hydraulic system consists of Rexroth, Kawasaki, Cat or Brevini components, depending on the model of machine. A hydraulic oil cooler assures cool oil temperatures to maximize system efficiency and component life.

Reach Stackers
The Sany America Reach Stacker, Model RSC45-5C, is one of the most ergonomic machines with its third generation design. It can bring you second to none operational comfort in its streamlined cab design. It has the strongest hoisting capacity, powerful container cross operation, good overall stability and high operating efficiency. It is a very reliable machine stands ready to work when you are. The power module consists of a Cummins or Volvo turbocharged diesel engine coupled with a Dana/Clark transmission and Kessler heavy duty drive axle. The machine comes with automatic or manual shift transmission. The Sany America Reach Stacker out performs our competition by using an advanced load sensing electro-proportional control system which enables stepless speed governing, and its overall excellent operational performance. Sany Reach Stackers are also available with an optional front fork attachment.
Empty Container Stacker
The Sany America Empty Container Stacker is the second generation model of machine design. It has a very unique streamline cab and overlapping structural mast that allows for the best operator view in the industry. With its classic appearance and superior cab ergonomics, there is no other empty container stacker as comfortable to operate and easy to run in the world today. The Sany America Empty Container Stacker has a strong lifting capacity, great vertical stacking ability and reach along with a patented horizontal container spreader rotation. The container spreader can adjust around the container for easy alignment without having to continuously move the machine into position.
