SANY Group Co, Ltd was established in China in 1989. Despite the global economic recession from 2008 through 2010, SANY Group achieved $8 billion in sales revenue in 2010 and continues to employ about 70,000 people in over 150 countries.
SANY America, Inc is a wholly owned U.S.-based subsidiary of SANY Heavy Industry Co, Ltd focusing on the research & development, production, sales and servicing of heavy industrial equipment. The company was incorporated in 2006 with an initial capital investment of $30 million.
In 2010, SANY America launched a large-scale construction project to build a new assembly plant and corporate headquarters in Peachtree City, Georgia. The investment in the project totals approximately $60 million, and once completed, the plant will assemble rough terrain cranes, crawler cranes, concrete pump trucks, hydraulic excavators and motor graders.
SANY America, Inc currently has over 100 employees, and our Research and Development team benefits from roughly 60 specialists with backgrounds from the world’s leading research institutes. To date, SANY America has successfully designed crawler cranes, rough terrain cranes, excavators and concrete pump trucks for the North American market, and the company has many more global products in the pipeline.
